Why are you exaggerating the tiredness of KP and the state of the team. 1) In the league he’s still a kid, a 7’3 kid. He yet has to complete his growth in his body. 2) Probably his summer work was not adjusted for being a leader. 3) Seeing the potential of the season’s start, what if they are tanking on purpose? Just to get a desired pick and new adjusted player pieces. 4) KP cannot carry the team all the time when there are no other reliable scorers besides KP, and he is being guarded heavily. 5) They are a “young” team, with a different mentality.
Give him a break. You are expecting too much too soon. I think Phil was on point on this, that KP is a 4-5 year project.
